Actor and patron of Dying in Dignity, Zoë Wanamaker, told Kay Burley that those looking to end their lives "shouldn't be penalised" and that the end of your life is "something you choose".

Assisted dying is banned in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with those convicted facing up to 14 years in jail - but it is looking "increasingly likely" that it could be legalised in at least one jurisdiction of the UK.

Ms Wanamaker says her plea to the government is that "they pass this bill at last".
