President Zelenskyy has said war is coming to Russia after suspected Ukrainian drones hit skyscrapers in a wealthy Moscow neighbourhood.

While President Putin suggested an African initiative could be a basis for peace talks, but not as long as Ukrainian forces were on the offensive.
