Wild police chase in Los Angeles: Heavy smoke coming from suspect's vehicle

A police chase suspect is in custody after leading officers on a pursuit through Los Angeles. At points during the chase, large amounts of smoke could be seen coming the suspect's vehicle. The black SUV was also seen driving on the sidewalk, in front of a house. The driver then struck a mail vehicle, causing damage to the front tire.
