The rescue effort for the Titan, a submersible exploring the Titanic, is now over. The U.S. Coast Guard says the debris found on the ocean floor is consistent with a "catastrophic implosion." Associated Press reporter Michael Casey joined CBS News to break down what we know about what happened.
