"We as a society should feel utterly ashamed of ourselves," says Jennie Bond, over the treatment of the Princess of Wales in recent weeks.

The Princess of Wales has revealed she is receiving cancer treatment and is undergoing preventative chemotherapy.

The royal commenter said that the Princess and her family must now be given "some privacy and space to recover", adding "we have not treated her with the kindness she deserves".
