Welcome back to our live coverage of the Israel-Hamas war.

The UN General Assembly has voted to call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.The resolution is not legally binding - but is highly symbolic and indicative of the world's views on the conflict.

153 members voted in favour, 10 against and 23 abstained.

Elsewhere, US President Joe Biden admitted Israel was beginning to lose support on the world stage because of what he described as an "indiscriminate" bombing campaign in Gaza. At the weekend, the Israeli air force said it had carried out over 22,000 strikes in the 41km long and 10km wide enclave since the start of the conflict on 7 October.
