Hurricane Idalia, later a tropical storm, dumped heavy rain across multiple states, including Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.

In Goose Creek, South Carolina, a driver captured video of an apparent tornado spawned during the storm that lifted up a car and threw it at another vehicle. Police said there were only minor injuries that resulted from the incident.

Mason Stewart is the driver who shot the now viral video. He joined LiveNOW from FOX's Josh Breslow to discuss the incident.
