Vladimir Putin is at the International Economic Forum in St Petersburg, talking about Russia's economic situation.

His topics were wide-ranging, covering GDP forecasts, welfare payments, defence spending and the war in Ukraine.

During the summit, Mr Putin has stressed that "Western countries are taking utmost efforts for a tactical defeat of Russia".
