Canada is contributing almost 20 million pounds to a British-led partnership that's buying air defence equipment for Ukraine.

Canada's Minister of National Defence, Bill Blair has stressed the country's aid to Ukraine dates back to 2014 and that Canada has contributed almost 2 billion dollars in military aid since the beginning of the conflict.
