Parts of the UK have woken up to snow as Storm Nelson arrives in the UK.

Parts of Devon, including in Plymouth and Dartmoor experienced heavy snow on Thursday evening.

A yellow snow warning for parts of Wales was in place overnight with the Met Office warning of some disruption to travel
