Former health secretary Matt Hancock will appear before the COVID Inquiry again later - after criticising certain responses to the pandemic yesterday.

The ex-minister accused Dominic Cummings of creating a "culture of fear" that undermined how ministers reacted, referring to him as a "malign actor".
