Twitter owner Elon Musk is now imposing a limit on the number of tweets users can view each day. Musk tweeted Saturday that the policy is in place to address what he calls "data scraping and system manipulation." New York Times technology reporter Ryan Mac joins CBS News to break down the new restrictions.
