Duane "Keffe D" Davis, the former Los Angeles-area gang leader charged with murder in the 1996 killing of hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas, returned to court on Tuesday. Davis asked the judge about protection over confidential payments for his bond, but was not able to look into it further. The judge agreed to move the trial to November.
