Donald Trump's defence lawyer, Joe Tacopina, says that the legal case against the former president will collapse before it gets to be heard by a jury.

In an interview with Sky News' US partner NBC News, Joe Tacopina said that the case 'is going to fall on its merits on legal challenges well before we get to a jury'.
