Former President Trump has been indicted in Florida on federal charges that emerged out of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s months-long investigation.

He announced the indictment on Truth Social and he has been ordered to appear in federal court in Miami on Tuesday.

Trump is facing at least seven federal counts related to document handling and obstruction of justice.
