Summer means more expensive flights, and many Americans are looking for ways to save money when taking a vacation. However, some of those strategies, known as "hacker fares," break or bend the rules. Cathy Mansfield, a law professor at Case Western Reserve University specializing in consumer protection, joins CBS News with more.
