Train strikes: Mick Lynch announces 'up to 50% of the rail will be closed today'

General Secretary of the RMT union Mick Lynch has told Sky News 50% of the railways are closed down and doesn't "take any pleasure in that".

It comes as 20,000 members of Mr Lynch's union walk out in a dispute over pay, jobs and conditions.
