A tourist has told Sky News how she watched a US soldier jump the border into North Korea.

Sarah Leslie, from New Zealand, said she thought Private Second Class Travis T King was performing a TikTok stunt when he left the tour group they were part of.

Private King was reportedly facing disciplinary action by the US military after being jailed in South Korea for assault.
