Director of Duncan Lewis Solicitors, Toufique Hossain, has said today's Supreme Court ruling on the government's Rwanda policy is a victory for his clients.

'Today is not just a victory for them, but a victory for the rule of law", he said.

It comes after the court ruled against the government's plan to send asylum seekers to Rwanda, saying it is unlawful.
