A restaurant drawing foodies and celebrities alike, “Lure Fishbar” has been quite the hotspot for over 20 years. Its chef, Preston Clark, began working with seafood when he was 12 years old and has only honed his skills since then with lessons learned from his parents. Michelle Miller has more.
