Ukrainian MP Kira Rudik has given her reaction to the fuel depot attack in Ukraine, which killed an entire family on one night, portrayed in Sky's John Spark's report.

Ms Rudik told Sky News: "After each attack in Ukraine, we think it couldn't be worse.... but then realise it could."

She went on to say that "Russia has started the war, and they are the ones that can stop it."

The United Nations Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine has recorded 10,582 civilian deaths since Russia launched its full-scale attack.
