Former schools minister David Laws speaks to Sky's Kay Burley as a teachers' strike is underway in England today with a further one to be held on 2 May.

Mr Laws admitted that the education secretary is somewhat constrained by the treasury when it comes to making a settlement with educators, but that it "looks as if both sides are coming together".
