Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer turned his attention to Rwanda during PMQs, questioning the prime minister on his previous doubts over the scheme.

He asked "what happened to an MP" - a reference to Rishi Sunak - who said the scheme was "the latest in a long line of gimmicks".

In response, Mr Sunak pointed out that Sir Keir was referring to a document that neither of them have seen - which has been "reported second hand".
