Dr Layla McCay, Director of Policy at the NHS Confederation, has addressed the upcoming junior doctor strike action which will cause disruption to the NHS over the Easter holidays.

She said that healthcare leaders "have never worried about a strike as much as they're worried about this one" and that they think "the impact could be really really significant".
