Paul Gilbert, the son of Maureen Gilbert who was killed by flooding from Storm Babet, shares his reaction to finding her in her flooded house.

Mr Gilbert expresses his anger at rivers not being dredged, sewers not being 'sorted' and 'promises not being kept' after severe floods in 2007.
