Part of the Theatre of Pompey can finally be viewed by the public after over 2000 years thanks to a raised walkway which has been installed over the area.

Up until now, only small animals, especially local cats, have been able to access the site, uncovered almost 100 years ago, but dating back to the time of the Roman Empire.
