Heavy rain and high winds are set to hit parts of England and Wales, as a new red weather warning is issued for "exceptionally heavy and persistent rain" across eastern Scotland.

Sky's Lisa Dowd reports from Pinxton in Derbyshire, where she says the rain has been "relentless".
