At least seven Palestinians have been killed after Israel launched a wide-scale military operation in the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank.

Israeli drones have struck targets in the area and hundreds of troops have been deployed.

Sky's Middle East correspondent Alistair Bunkall has the latest from Jerusalem.
