Police in Los Angeles say the man seen setting a truck on fire in the Tujunga neighborhood of Los Angeles has been arrested. Investigators had been looking at least two dozen fires in the area.

LAPD detained Guadalupe Resendiz on his bicycle after the car went up in flames in Tujunga.

Resendiz can be seen on security video stopping his bike, putting a bottle on a ruck, and setting it on fire before taking off. Similar to patterns identified on other security footage from the area.
