Shadow justice secretary Steve Reed says the government is being "a little less than frank", when asked about government claims that the emergence of last minute information led to the partial or full closure of 104 schools.

Mr Reed went on to say if the government is "telling you they didn't know this was a problem, they're not being truthful."
