Former Brexit secretary David Davis has said he will vote for the government's Rwanda legislation on Tuesday and called it "about the toughest immigration legislation I've ever seen in truth, and I actually think the prime minister is right that it can't go any further".

Mr Davis said it isn't the end of Rishi Sunak, adding: "I think we've got a chance of victory - I don't think it's all over."
