MPs have voted on proposed amendments to the Rwanda bill, mainly focused on whether the country is deemed safe.

Our political editor Beth Rigby speaks to leading Tory rebel MP Mark Francois, who has voted with major amendments.

Asked for his message to the government in the wake of significant rebellions on the Cash and Jenrick amendments, Mr Francois says the numbers "speak for themselves".
