A centuries-old tradition returns to Pamplona, Spain, Thursday as millions of participants take to the streets for the annual running of the bulls. Toby Atkins, owner of Bucket List Events, which helps people visit cultural events around the world, joined CBS News from Pamplona to talk about the event.
