Trevor Phillips asks Labour's Wes Streeting about the UK and US's military action against the Houthis in Yemen.

Mr Streeting says a "robust response" in Yemen was an "absolute necessity".

Asked whether parliament should have been recalled and a vote held, he says: "No, I think we understand that in some cases like this one, government has to act and decisively and without reference to parliament".
