New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said there was no sign of terrorism in the deadly vehicle crash and explosion that left two people dead at the Rainbow Bridge checkpoint at the U.S.-Canada border.
“Based on what we know at this moment, there is no sign of terrorist activity in this crash," Hochul said.
Authorities said a vehicle speeding toward the bridge from the American side crashed and exploded at a checkpoint, leaving two people dead.
