Rishi Sunak has responded to arch-Brexiteer Nigel Farage's claim that leaving the EU "has failed".

"As chancellor and prime minister, I am actually delivering the benefits of Brexit as opposed to talking about it", he said.

The prime minister was questioned by journalists on the plane while travelling to the G7 summit in Japan.
