Minnesota State Patrol shot and killed Ricky Cobb II on I-94 in Minneapolis on Monday. Police released the bodycam footage and that is what can be seen in the video. This all happening after a traffic stop for no taillights.

Troopers found out that Cobb had a pickup and hold for a felony violation of an order of protection.
