Police deliver news conference after death of four boys in Solihull.

A coroner has concluded that the four boys who fell through an icy lake died after drowning in a "terrible accident".

Jack Johnson, 10, Thomas Stewart, 11, and his cousins, Finlay Butler, eight, and Samuel Butler, six, all died after falling into the water on 11 December in 2022.
