Mobile phone retailers are preparing for a rise in organised robberies as Apple's new iPhone 15 is set to go on sale.

Thefts involving a group of people which see criminal gangs storm into phone shops, and grab everything they can before taking off are called "steaming" and there were more than 300 incidents of this in telecoms stores last year.
