Prince Harry has secured a victory in court after a judge ruled that phone hacking and unlawful information gathering took place at Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN) from the mid-1990s until 2011.

However as Sky's Katerina Vittozzi reports, other claimants are frustrated at having to wait for their judgement.
