Footage shows two separate incidents of boats being flipped over, with one showing two people flying out of the cockpit. The 7 Mile Offshore Grand Prix had initially been postponed but then went ahead. A Tornado Watch was in place for the Florida Keys on Sunday but was cancelled by 1 pm
