Watch outside a court where a preliminary hearing is taking place for Andrew Lester, charged with shooting a 16-year-old black student who mistakenly went to Lester's home while looking for his twin brothers.

A judge will decide after the preliminary hearing whether 84-year-old Andrew Lester should stand trial in the April 13 shooting of Ralph Yarl, who went to the wrong address in an attempt to pick up his younger brothers. Lester, a retired aircraft mechanic, is charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action.
