'Not counterproductive' donating to both Labour and Just Stop Oil

Dale Vince, the head of Ecotricity, has been speaking to Kay Burley about the donations he has made to both the Labour Party and Just Stop Oil.

He said it was not counterproductive to give to both organisations - despite Labour opposing some of the action take by Just Stop Oil.

"Donations to the Labour Party are to help them to win their next election, which I think is the most important thing that can happen in our country right now," he said.

"Donations to Just Stop Oil help them protest, and until we have an election, I think that's the most important thing we can do to stop new exploration for oil and gas in the North Sea that we simply cannot afford to burn."
