No fatalities have been reported after Iran launched drones and missiles towards Israel overnight.

While Iran says the attack has concluded, Israel remains on high alert.

Israel's air defence systems brought down the vast majority of any incoming threats. No one was killed.

It was an unprecedented attack in retaliation for a suspected Israeli strike in Syria that killed two Iranian Generals.
