NatWest boss Dame Alison Rose has admitted she made a "serious error of judgement" when she discussed Nigel Farage's Coutts bank accounts with BBC business editor Simon Jack.

Mr Farage told Sky News Dame Alison's position is "totally untenable" as she "broke client confidentiality".
