A joint three-day walk out by junior doctors and consultants could lead to extreme disruption in hospitals this week, NHS bosses have warned.

Sky's health correspondent Ashish Joshi has spent the day talking to patients and staff at the Royal Preston Hospital, where only emergency care is being fully staffed until the strike ends.
