The NHS's ability to deal with the one in two people that are expected to get cancer at some point in their lifetime has been thrown into doubt.

Sky News' Ashish Joshi meets a patient just out of heart surgery, who says that public expectations of the NHS need to be lowered - as the health service is 'underfunded'.
