Houston Police hold a news conference after a man who allegedly went missing as a teenager in 2015 after last being seen walking his dog in Houston has been found alive, his family and police said on Monday July 3.

Rudy Farias, 25, was found lying outside a church and was non-verbal and unable to communicate upon discovery, his mother has said.
