Network Rail is warning people not to take chances on level-crossings, after footage emerged of child and adults playing and loitering on the tracks at the location of level crossings.

Alexandra France, Network Rail Level crossing safety manager, said: “In so many of the incidents filmed, the difference of just a few seconds could have led to tragedy for those involved."
