The Nashville Metropolitan Council voted to reinstate Justin Jones to the Tennessee House of Representatives. The vote was 36-0.

Last week, the Tennessee House voted to expel Democratic Reps. Justin Jones and Justin Pearson from the legislature for their role in a protest calling for gun control following the shooting in Nashville that killed six people, including three children.
